These terms govern use of the Mande platform: the getmande.com website and the app.getmande.com application. Mande is owned and operated by Artizen Media (artizenmedia.com). By using the platform you agree to these terms.
The service
Mande provides customer messaging, AI website chat, appointment booking, and related CRM tools to subscribing businesses. Businesses are responsible for the content of the messages they send and for obtaining any consent those messages require. Payments processed through the platform are handled by Stripe and settle to the business's own Stripe account.
Acceptable use
The platform may not be used to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages. Businesses must honor opt-outs, respect quiet hours where required, and comply with applicable messaging laws and carrier requirements, including the TCPA and CTIA guidelines. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
SMS messaging program
Text messages sent through Mande, whether by Mande on its own behalf or by a subscribing business to its customers, follow these program terms:
- Opt-in. Recipients opt in by submitting their mobile number through a consent-labeled website form or chat conversation, or by texting a business's published number first. Marketing messages require a separate, additional opt-in and are never sent on the basis of an inquiry alone.
- Message types. Appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to inquiries, account notifications, and, only with the separate marketing opt-in, review requests and occasional offers.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out. To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP. To resume, reply START.
- Help. For assistance, reply HELP or contact the business that messaged you.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Accounts and billing
Subscriptions bill monthly or annually at the prices shown on getmande.com. Exceeding a plan limit does not cut off service. Either party may cancel; service continues to the end of the paid period.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artizen Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
